The ranch is situated 9 minutes from downtown Liberty Hill, Texas, and is accessed by Blessing Road and additional frontage on CR 202. — Downtown Austin is 35 miles away – estimated drive time is 45 minutes.
TOPOGRAPHY, RANGELAND & HABITAT:
Loafer’s Glory Ranch sits just west of the North Fork of the San Gabriel River. The ranch slowly climbs away from the river with gentle rolling topography, with the Western portion of the property having a high knoll overlooking the river valley and the topography that climbs on the Eastern side of the river with great views of hilltops from the porch of the 1920s bungalow. The property has a nice mix of open pastures with tree-lined draws and scattered oaks. Tucked in the woods is a deep ravine where water flows from the surrounding hillside. It has some beautiful mineral deposits, rock ledges, and pool fun for exploring with the kids.
WILDLIFE:
The ranch supports a strong population of native wildlife and offers excellent hunting opportunities for whitetail deer, turkeys, and hogs.
